Kathy Eikenberg is an accomplished executive with extensive expertise in operations leadership, business development, strategic planning and customer relationship management.  A graduate of James Madison University and the Penn State Executive Program, Kathy is able to leverage her cross functional team leadership and talent development to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Before joining SFE, Kathy served as Executive Director of Business Operations at Shelby County Schools (SCS), where she led an organization responsible for a $90 million self-operated nutrition services program,  and vendor management of an outsourced custodial program valued at $20 million and an outsourced $22 million transportation program. SCS in one of America’s top 25 largest school districts with 110,000 students.

Kathy’s has served in several leadership positions at companies providing outsourced solutions in nutrition services, facility management and consumer services at companies like Compass, Aramark, ISS Facility Services and Service Master.

Throughout her career, as a K-12 administrator and food service vendor, Kathy has developed deep insights on how to design programs that have clear objectives for success.  Her focus is always based on the needs and preferences of her customers, regardless if that is a K-12 or higher education student or a corporate dining client.
